Gaps in the current rules

• No confirmed home in the page frame. The frame has no region between Contents and Footer; see TITAN-GAP-27 for the full account, including the two independently-built application-level PaginationBars.
• No content rule for any of the wording hooks. labelDisplayedRows, labelRowsPerPage, and getItemAriaLabel all exist; nothing states what any of them should say in this product’s voice.
• Whether color="primary" on Pagination actually resolves to the system’s brand color was not independently re-rendered and checked this session. It should, since the underlying color prop resolves through the theme’s palette like any other component, but no story or application usage was found to confirm it in practice.
• No usage data exists for any of the three raw exports. They have no component directory of their own, so there is no utilization.md to check adoption against — only the two independently-built PaginationBars that GAP-27 already documents are visible at all.
